I used to use emerald in all my XP battles, i learned, i changed.

Okay, need to clarify: were the XP rules made before they nerfed hornet a bit or after? If it was made before them, then we can use 10% to be on the safe side, if not, we shan't be able to do so. This protection problem might be solved when they buff up hornet.

BTW this is directed at all those english community noobs who think they are pro and know how to XP, Learn how to XP first then come argue with people who know a lot more about it than you and play by the rules!!!
