Bro, try flippin' on top of it, it usually get's picked up. Another otpion is to leave, refresh, close browser, open, refresh again, and then try pickin' it up. Works bro, I tried it.

There's some problem in Rio. All the time i try to jump and take that DD box. I never can. Only it must land on my tank or else if i jump i cannot take just goes through my tank. Same with GoldBoxes, i jumped to 1 and i never got it just went through. All other maps no problem. There's something that cause this in Rio map :( for some players
