try doing cp battles i find it more fun even if you loose its fun just taking back the cp from the other team.. mainly when there boasting there winning and next thing you know they lost the game .. its fun..

look what i do is compare wait to see which is  cheaper of the two.. if the kit ..has stuff you don't have then go for it /..but if you have say two items and only want say dictator then get it on the sale.. either way you have it.. even the paint if you don't need it why get it ..spend money on stuff worthy of getting .. don't waste crystals for no good reason

How Product Kits work?

Product Kits work on a rotation, but they don't rotate in a specific order. They stay in the Garage for a certain period of time and then disappear until they are next put up, which generally isn't for a while. It's important to note that if a kit consists of items that you've already bought, its price won't go down. Also, if you buy such a kit, items that you already have in your garage won't appear one more time (except for supplies, which will be added to the ones you already have).

Regarding ranks' limitations, Kits will be available until your rank is higher than the rank needed to unlock all the items in the kit or a kit with higher modifications of the items is available at your rank.

ok sorry i must have been sleeping I  had a bad night very  little sleep... anyways i have checked two of my accounts lower then you and neither one has them .. so for me if you want that kit i would get it . just to be safe .. the best person to speak to is a mod about it.. which iam not one anyone of the mods should help u ...to see if it would be removed ..
