One of the most intense battles in a long time for me. It's a shame that people prefer to play the space version, because it's just plain frustrating. Sure, making some long jumps and flying between platforms is sometimes fun, but overall it's just a repeated case of activating overdrive and instantly getting flipped by some railgun (or even worse - a glitched texture).

 

I kept wanting to do some crazy flips and maneuvers with a light hull, flying off ramps and jumping on platforms below, but unfortunately the most effective strategy remains using a heavy hull to brute-force your way into the enemy base and escape via the shortest, most boring route. Oh well, still fun.
