I know what you were going to say, I used to hate him before because of the rumors you people were giving, but I stopped that after a while, because I didn't see it with my eyes, even with the proofs provided, because every time I see him I don't see bad actions from him, I only see him helping players and doing his job.

I advise we cease this public discussion of moderator's actions. It seems you may have got the wrong idea from my last post, let me elaborate. Personally, I hold nothing against MisterGeneral anymore. There simply is no point in bringing up past disputes or rumours, it won't be constructive in any way. I'm encouraging getting back on topic here simply because this debate is not appropriate for the forum.

 

I would take the opportunity to compliment him on his more recent work for the players of our community, but I do not wish to violate the 'public discussion' rule myself.

There is no significant difference when using Rail, however when dueling another rail in a regular battle, even if he shot before you the first time, you have 0.30 less reload time, which is enough to let you shot before and disorientate him.

Or he has better ping, and even with mu'd rail, he still shoots you first. So really I see no point to the reload mu

I Mu'd my reload speed fully on railgun m1 and it helps alot, especially against other rails.
