There's a sale on firebird in about 2-3 days.

Sale's nothing much to me if it's 40% or less. 50% matters to me, not others. Anyway, 50% sale is on Hornet and Railgun, which I already have them M3. On Firebird M3 it's 40%, the kit was 40% off as well. And there was no sale on Hunter, which I had M0, and it costs cheaper for me if I buy this kit. Don't worry, I made all calculations - if I'd buy this kit on 50%, I would be saving about 12,000 crystals, which is not much for me. So doesn't matter if I get this all some days earlier ;) It reks everything anyway :D

It was if you didnt buy kit. Your calculation is wrong. If you would buy this kit on August 7th you would be saving 110000 crystals and kit would cost you 333820 instead of 443820 considering you have firebird m2. If m1 or m0 more savings.

 

Anyway, Its gone.

I calculated the equipment separately, without including the kit. It just slipped off my mind that the discount would be added to the kit .__. If I'd bought them separately on 50%, then I'd be saving 12,000 crystals, provided my Hunter should have been M0, which it was.

to stay 100% Repair Kit free... :)

Caught this one yesterday... Was camping behind the house in the enemy base and shooting the two opponents that were in the battle before the teams were full, mainly 'cause I was bored and had to go in a few minutes anyway. Then the gold notification appeared, and a well-timed jump led to the below. Oh, and my FPS/ping are particularly good in this pic too xD

Don't you like repair kits ?

 

Yes, I don 't like them. They are a part of the game, but they are IMO only really helpful

for heavy hulls who get an enormous advantage of them.

 

As a Hornet player I better try to avoid as much as possible enemy fire myself:

even with a repair kit you simply won 't last long.

I find using Repair Kits only to be distracting too, so I don 't miss them that much at all.

They also give to many Tankers a false feeling of security, which doesn 't enhance working

on a smarter kind of gameplay IMO.

 

Only when the Goldbox falls I miss them now: but Hornets and Goldboxes aren 't 

a perfect match to begin with IMO... :D 

 

Don 't get me wrong I use every other drug that is available against my opponents.

Clicking Double Damage when going in for a fight has become a standard.

And not so long ago I started using mines against direct opponents as well.

Very helpful against close-rangers who do manage to come close... ;)

So in the end I still completely fit the term "drugger".
