Now, to do or not to do. That is the question... I've never had an XT mission before.

 

Tough call. Based on how much you play, if you ease back on your alts and grind toward this mission, then go for it. It's worth 500,000 crystals.

 

The rub is that Hazel has implied that changes are coming to XTs, which is one reason no more have been introduced. The unofficial plan is to convert them to skins. Pricing has not been even discussed, but I expect based on what happened with paints, that skin pricing will be astronomically high.

 

I would still say go for it, but the problem is what happens if the XT to skin change happens DURING your mission progress. You could lose everything due to a silly glitch in the transition process. I don't think that's likely though, because devs have a lot of other stuff to work on, so I say go for it.

I'd certainly ease off one for my alts, probably The.lukey0 because I need to buy an alteration on it anyway. I doubt the XT skins would become cheaper because it would ruin the 'specialty' of them, there would be more chances of the price increasing IMO.

Mammoth XT does look good. Viking XT looks the best, but I think Hornet and Mammoth tie for 2nd place, they both look good.
