If your settings show this then you haven't confirmed your email address.

 

Go to your email inbox and check the Spam folder for the confirmation email.

1.- You might asking it to help@tankionline.com

 

2.- Or if you know nothing about your e-mail and you'd like to change it, you could contact the technical support, they would send you a link in which you'd be giving them your IP address, they will confirm if it's the address which you have been using the most of the time, and it would decide if you are the really owner of the account. :P

Finally, you must give them the new e-mail address which will replace the another one. ;)

 

 

Note: If you use the 2nd method, you must know that just the technical support members will be able to change it. -_-

i'm in the same boat i have an account i want to change the name but lost email .. the only thing you can do is send a request to your account to change pass word and it should send one to a account ..then go threw all your accounts to see if its on one of them and if so great you know which one it is .. if you don't get it then you need to go back and figure out which one it was that u no longer use.. this is the only way to get it back.. tanki will not give it too u due to they have no clue if you are the sole owner for that account .. been there many a times trying to figure it out and nothing works .. sent in so many items to prove it but they can't help...

I already said what he could do, and I said it for experiences I had, and it worked. The 2nd method I told would be the most useful and it's real. -_-
