BSNL is bad, lol... I use ACT. It's local to only a few cities. And yeah, my limit is 150 GB, I think... After that speed reduces to 2 MBPS but I can use it unlimited.

Your're kidding?! My family pays over $100 Australian dollars for a maximum download of 10MBPS at best (less than 1MBPS most of the time, 200KBPS around half the time) and an upload of less than 7 MBPS at 12 at night during the holiday season when the population of my town goes into the negatives.
