The concept of this may be quite interesting, but you didn't explain it well enough. Your version of "Player of the year" has multiple flaws. By what criteria will the best players be chosen? K/D ratio? Experience and crystals earned? Number of wins? None of those things really qualify one to be a "best player". And popular vote by players isn't fair, as simply the most popular of the selected players will win, rather than the actual best. I don't understand your last sentence, but if you are suggesting that players will have to make a YouTube video, then that's completely absurd as one doesn't need to be able to make good videos to be the best player.
