Add repair kit drops to Dusseldorf

It's something really strange and that makes no sense. Dusseldorf is a huge map, and there is not a single drop spot for Repair Kit. In the same time, maps like Island and Duel get one Repair kit. And a map like Hill has no Repair Kit. So, I wonder why smaller maps like Island and Duel get a Repair, while Hill gets 0. And same for Dusseldrof, one of the biggest map of the game. I think you should correct this, but it's just my opinion.
