Reflexes and stimulation would be corresponding benefits to TO....no?

Not if you're a firebird. And stimulation? That can be gained in far higher quantities by idk, throwing a ball or something.

Gaming can actually be better for your eyesight assuming you play them in moderation. Gaming has other benefits as well such as brain plasticity, stimulation, problem solving, reflexes, dexterity etc. Too much of anything can be bad for you.

Problem solving? You want strengthen your brain with problem solving? Build a go cart. Every time I go online people are raging, swearing, spamming! No problem solving at all. "My gun doesn't work" *rage quits

Reflexes? All you do is shoot stuff.

How come the people I know who play video games are not: people who get A's in classes, swear, have glasses or contacts?

Anything you do in life can be applicable to problem solving. As for reflexes, you can apply this by having the ability to press the spacebar before your opponent does in an XP/BP battle the spit second you see him/her. It does not have to be physical reflexes too.  Perhaps because they are only people that you know; I know plenty of people that fit that demographic.
