Chat Violations not done properly

I recently tried to report two players who were flat out insulting other players and using profane language. I took a picture of the entire screen with the full chat on (clicking Enter tab) and sent it to tanki, and they said there is not enough evidence, what happen? I followed that the rules and instructions. This has happened to me only about 4 times. Why?

There are many reasons this could happen;

 

1. It's not insulting as you may have thought.

2. Old screenshot - they will accept if it's less than a month ago.

3. It's not your screenshot.

4. Picture doesn't show your nickname.

 

And so on. If you're not happy with their decision, then you should contact a chat administator via PM.

I did, I had tanki on full screen, I used prntscr.com and I took it with the entire page, you could see everything, my name, crystals, my fps, pin and all the chat. 

 

This happens all the time, some mods would rather just deny it to save time or because its one of their friends. I still dont understand why everyone is so reluctant to ban christianss.

I know, its seems really unfair, and I know it was an insult which they ban for all the time. BTW; I am a Christian but I get banned for no reason all the time, like I said this one time: You got to be kidding!!!! LOL!! and I was banned for a day.. -_-

Not really, read the post that was addressed to. The player made the same mistake you did, and thought he was talking about the religion. I would just read the whole thread from beginning...

Right here, he is saying that people are reluctant to ban "christianss" the player. Not Christians in general. :P

Possible reasons have been listed above. The moderation system doesn't allow mods to let their friends go unpunished even after being reported so there must be a legitimate reason for your case. Please contact Chat Administrator to look into the matter.

Hi, I reviewed some of your reports. As others in this topic said, you gotta carefully follow the instructions of the section when you report otherwise we cannot accept it in the first place. Second - not all offences are bannable. People can get offended by a lot of things and it's an individual thing, we cannot be held responsible for someone's feelings. That's why we suggest everyone to block players which they find offensive with "Ignore" option.

 

 

In the future, if you have any issues with chat reports come check with my colleague and me privately, just send us private message with the complaint.

We gotta follow the rules of the engagement, we cannot ban players just because they are annoying or troublesome to others, they actually have to break the rules of this game. It applies to everyone! And as I already said, you're welcome to block players who bother you at any time and you won't see them again.

As Phantom here said, it doesn't matter who you are, where from or which religion you follow, you'll be banned if you break the rules of the game. There's always a proper reason and proof for every ban. In the case of your ban, you swore at other person. But if you're not sure about why you were banned on the chat, write to my colleague and me privately and we'll show you your offence.
