New visual effects and animations for tanks

When you fire the gun,or when just doing nothing,the turret shall have new looks and animations,for example smoky will now have three bars that look like loading bars when you enter a game at the butt of the turret,when you fire,they flash, Ect Ect,it would be cool,not only tanki online but tanki x,like shaft in tanki x,when in scope mode the scope will apear at the forehead of the turret,in tanki online things like the middle of the barrel turning round and round in scope mode and such new animations and looks would make the game look MUCH more alive than now,and the CURRENT tanki x animations along with this added to tanki online would be cool

This is very unlikely for Tanki Online. All these visual effects make the game more resource-intensive and greatly increase the loading times and worsen the performance. Tanki X is a new game with a better game engine, which is why developers could implement all these fancy animations there. In TO adding them will be too much effort and problems for something that only slightly improves the aesthetic of the game.

Tanki Online is a very good game, with reasonably good graphics. The game needs to have better, more updated visual effects. I do not know if that will be possible or will it ever be implemented into the game, but my suggestion here would be a very good one, for sure.

 

Tanki X has amazing animated visual effect for turrets and hulls, but they must be implemented in Tanki Online as well, but the animated visual effects in Tanki Online must be different because both games must be different from each other.

 

Animated visual effects for all turrets

 

The only two turrets in Tanki Online which have animated visual effects are Vulcan and Magnum. All the other turrets at the moment are static with no moving parts.

 

Firebird

 

Firebird needs to have a blue flame for M3 Firebird so that it has an M3 look when belging its flame spray. It makes it more distinguishable to other players on the battlefield. In addition to this, Firebird's animated visual effects must allow the nozzle of the turret to expand when firing a flame spray at enemies and then retract when firing stops.

 

Freeze

 

The visual effect of Freeze will be similar to Firebird. It's hose will expand during firing and contract when firing stops.

 

Isida

 

Isida's visual effect would consist of only nanorobots that are visible its its beam when attacking enemies and healing team mates in team battles. The Isida turret must have moving parts that moves left and right just like a beetle. When Isida attacks or heals, its mouth-like shape turret closes, and when firing stops it opens up again.

 

Twins

 

Twins has an easy mechanic for moving parts. Its barrels, must moves in expansion and contraction like Magnum. When Twins is firing, its twin barrels contract and expand independently, but have similar movement like Magnum with quicker animated moving barrels. Twins barrels would expand and contract very quickly due to its fast reload time.

 

Striker

 

Striker has four barrels. We all know that and we were told some of its basic working mechanics in many V-Logs ago. Striker has two firing modes. The animated visual effects would have two modes because Striker can fire one rocket at a time or fire four rockets simultaneously. The animated visual effects of Striker would only consist of expanding and contracting barrels with different speed according to the firing mode that the players use. Just remember that Striker has two firing modes.

 

Hammer

 

Hammer is a big, powerful shotgun that can kill an enemy with two shots when equipped with double damage. Hammer needs to have its barrel expand when firing pellets and contract when the firing stops at the same time of road, the animated effect should come into action when reloading its pellets.

 

Ricochet

 

A French word for boomerang blobs of plasma. Ricochet must as well have an animated barrel that contracts when firing and expand when firing stops.

 

Smoky

 

Smoky is a gun-like turret that does not need retracting or expanding barrel. Instead, Smoky must have a vibrating visual effect that shows to other players that a shot has been fired. Smoky must have a shaky turret nozzle when firing shots and the shaking effect stops when firing stops.

 

Thunder

 

The thunder and lightning turret. Thunder must have both a shaky turret when firing and expanding and contracting turret. Both the shaking and contracting effect becomes active when a shot is being fired. Both the animated shaking and contracting effect stops when Thunder stops shooting. Thunder will only expand its turret when reloading a shell into its turret hose.

 

Railgun

 

Railgun must as well have a contracting and expanding animated visual effect. Railgun will contract during firing and expand during reload. The visual effects stops when Railgun stops shooting.

 

Shaft

 

Shaft is also another turret with two firing modes, like Striker and Magnum. Nevertheless, the animated effect for the contracting and expanding barrel would remain the same during both firing mode, except that the timing would be different. Shaft's turret would slowly contract when zooming at an enemy target whilst loading a shot to 100%. When Shaft shoots its long range distance shot in zooming mode, Shaft's turret would immediately expand its turret to full length. In normal mode, Shaft's turret would only contract half way, but quickly due to a fast firing mode and no full reload. When Shaft stops shooting, its turret barrel expands to full length again because the turret is unloaded.

 

XT turrets

 

All XT turrets would have exactly the same animated visual effects that I have discussed and explained above.

 

Animated visual effects for all hulls

 

All hulls would have the same visual effects. At the moment, the only animated visual effect for hulls are the rolling caterpillar tracks of the tank's hull. That is not enough. All hulls must have animated visual effects for the hull's wheels that are inside the caterpillar tracks just like you see in Tanki X.

 

Animated visual effects for all modules

 

Protection modules needs to have visual animated effects that are visible on each players hull. The module must be behind the tank (back of tank's hull), and display all the turret protection modules that it protects from.

As with all aesthetic ideas, there's nothing against having them, but at the same time they are absolutely not necessary to implement. SO I'm not entirely sure why you add "must have" to every aspect of this idea, considering that all it does is make the game prettier.

 

Don't forget that Tanki Online is a very old game that runs on outdated technology, so any over-the-top visual effects may not be possible to do at all and even if they are - it might not be a good idea to add them as they may reduce the FPS for everyone playing the game.

I do understand that Tanki Online is running under old technology, but as soon as Tanki Online moves away from Flash and into the new HTML5 format, it should lead the way to updating the overall graphics of the game, plus adding animated visual effects for turrets, hulls and modules just like in Tanki X.

I know that Tanki Online and Tanki X are two different game, but it would be cool to add animated visual effects for all turrets, hulls and modules.
