Here's the thing. We made a mistake, you guys brought it to our attention, and we spent a TON of time trying to figure out where we went wrong, THEN building a system to find out who already received what, and what they're still owed. @AP_Wolfwood spent hours working out that system. So it's really annoying when someone comes up and arrogantly points at us saying we're trying to cheat him/her. If we'd wanted to cheat someone, we wouldn't have gone through all that hassle to revert our mistake.

Hmmm maybe the prob was kills aren't counted until you leave the battle? Cedric can confirm or something...? Like I know for gold boxes to be updated on the profile page you need to leave the battle... maybe it's the same here?

I'll check again with our analytics people. But we're talking about a difference of 38 kills here. I doubt it's a question of minutes. You were either looking at the incorrect time zone, or you made kills in a PRO battle, or made some miscalculation. This time we're pretty sure the numbers are correct. As I said, I'm still gonna check, but the likelihood is that the mistake is on your part.

can i know when will be module given to me i have recieved 10 gold boxes but didn't received  module... and I am playing on your client download but I am unable to enter the happy new year map from the past 4 days and also the picture of the happy new year map is 1/4th shown to me and when I play on opera it creates a lot of problems I have also clear the cache??? any solutions plz

What the devs got to do is be nicer to non buyers since they obviously are not into the game enough,and because the devs are ignoring them then they quit and don't buy but if the devs become nicer and listen to what non buyers got to say and go their way then they'll start buying. To be honest I believe the devs are fair. They sell crystals, premium accs, gold boxes and plenty other stuff, and make them cheaper for EVERYONE in a bundle for special occasions for especially for those non buyers while having a huge sale also.

You only get the golds once. You need to reach the next tier of kills to get more golds. It's explained very clearly in this FAQ.

When a people have been lied to so much and robbed so much, as in nerfing our equipment that we bought thinking it was one thing and you turn it into something else, the players might be a little more confident in what you are telling them and not be as critical. What makes you think players will be happy with the mult system, or the cheaters, or the nerfing of their equipment, or being lied to, or not seeing what was promised. Now yea, I appreciate many things about tanki and I appreciate the sale and the new years map and so on. But don't expect players to be happy, happy, happy all the time, time, time when they have been treated like they have been. Fix the problems and stop telling us lies then you can tell me to stop complaining. The kill counters are wrong, and they have been wrong ever since I have been in the game. I KNOW how to count. Don't insult my intelligence. I have reported it a hundred times and no one has ever even acknowledged that it might be wrong. And I should be one of the first people your folks try to help. Why? Because I am going to complain if they don't and they KNOW that I don't lay down and take being ripped off.

 

You're not complaining. You're making allegations that we're trying to cheat you. There's a big difference. Complaints I can accept, and I work hard on fixing what the person is complaining about. But statements such as the one below aren't criticism, complaints, or even honest requests for help. They are simply unfounded allegations intended to throw mud on us and our work. And that is unacceptable.

 

I know tanki will try to cheat me out of them and I'm sure they will.
