This is not fair for Isida, which (especially after the "rebalance") is not a killer tank. I suggest this is changed to 2,500 (etc.) experience points. Why should the "shooting tanks" have an advantage in any contest?

2500 exp is pretty much the same as 250 kills... Infact it can be harder since u don't get 10 exp for people with a negative KD in DM. :lol:

It is easier because when you cap flags or get a point in cp, xp reward is lime 100

Hello everyone. Yesterday I spent the whole day playing just to get to 1k kills only to discover that the count starts at 21 UTC, which means I'm gonna lose the top prize for a rule that wasn't stated in the rules of the contest. This is not fair, you should have specified at the beginning that the time frame starts at 21 UTC, otherwise people will obviously think that it starts at midnight, like a normal day.

It was stated from the beggining that contest begins at 2100 UTC.

A day doesn't start at 21 UTC, a day start from 00.00 to 23.59. The time frame stated is 24 hrs, not a day. They should've stated clearly that the contest runs from 21 UTC of one day to 20.59 UTC of another day, alternatively choose another time fuse so that the count runs exactly like a normal day.

They did state clearly that it would start at 2100 UTC. Please read the main post again.

I dDONT GET IT -- I'm pretty sure I killed over 250 kills yesterday before 9:00 UTC - I live in the uk and I havent received my 3 golds - It took me forever since I'm a noob in this and I drugged like hell. What did I do wrong!!!  Plz Help Mod

If you read the main post, it says that it started at 21 UTC of the 23rd of December (accroding to very first post, then they changed to 22nd) until 20.59 of the 29th of December. It also says that, starting from  that day, there are DAILY prizes according to the number of kills. It says DAILY prizes

If the prizes are given out every 24 hours then they are DAILY. Also, theres this thing called a time zone, for some people 21 UTC is 00:00.

My point still stands that because of time zones your day is not someone elses day, for some part of russia that is a day.

Every day, from 21:00 UTC on December 23rd, till 20:59 UTC on December 30th 21:00 UTC on December 22nd, till 20:59 UTC on December 29th, we’ll be compiling a list of those players who have made a minimum of 250 kills, 500 kills, and 1000 kills during that day.

 

Again, 21 UTC to 20.59 UTC of the next day is not a day (that's why you specify "of the next day"). If you wanna refer to a time zone, use the proper one and those living in another areas can do the math.

 

 

24 hours time gap is technically a day for all practical purposes. If you have confusion with that statement, read the last statement of Terms and Condition. It clearly says that kills are counted from 2100 UTC to 2059 UTC of next day.

The contest runs for a day (0:00-23:59) in MSK time zone (Moscow time). This game is Russian so usually the set timezone is based on MSK. Yet it's clearly stated the event runs from 21utc to the next day 20:59utc.

Well, of course it is, but - and that was my point - it is much easier for Isida to reach 2500 exp than 250 kills... And killer tanks would be on the same level, with 10 xp per a kill.

Correct, in UTC time, not local time, so you need to convert to your local time
