i killed more than 250 players many times every day but got 3 gold only once why?

I have two tanks. One, Tankenstein, has been correctly allocated 5 gold boxes. The other, Madalien, should have 3 but none are showing. Why? (Is it to do with the server glitch/restart that happened part-way through the evening UK time? Though I think I had 250 kills before.) I started the day at 30723 kills and finished with more than 30997 (the last amount I recorded).

Which day are you referring to? Also, remember that the days start and end at 21:00 UTC

same i killed 503 in day 5 but they counted only 470 :(

Last night. I cannot be absolutely sure when I passed the 250 mark. I hadn't realised 9.00pm finish - thought normal 2am :angry:  Could be the reason

Hello. I am fairly confident that I completed the 1000 kills. I made sure to only go to non-PRO battles and carefully kept track of all my kills. But, I have not received my gold boxes or striker protection module. I have checked the lists too and did not see my name there. I worked very hard for this. Is there anything I can do?

I killed 254 tankers I was at 12185 kills this morning 12/30/16, now I'm at 12439 kills, I then went on the forum and it said the dates were changed from the original dates, How was I supposed to know the daes changed, is there a way I still get 3 goldboxes

The server update is at 2:00 UTC every day, not at 21:00 UTC. You're on the winners list of day 5, with just a little over 900 kills. 

It could very well be possible that you were looking at the wrong time as the deadline, thus got those last few kills past the deadline.

Unfortunately, no. The contest has ended. Next time, it's wise to check the topic a few days later for any updates and to double check the rules for example.

You're on the winners list on day 1 with more than 500 kills, I assume your rank was below Warrant Officer 1 at that time, correct? If so, you didn't get your gold boxes yet because your rank was too low, you can contact our community manager @Cedric Debono about it.

Oh, sorry, my mistake, I meant 21:00 Eastern Time (US), which should be the same a 02:00 UTC, yes? I am certain that I made over 1000 kills between the two server updates. But, you said I only logged just over 900? Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the help.
