I cant make any new topic in Forums Subtopics (Ideas and sugge.... etc.)

Hi, 

Recently I had a new suggestion about the new striker turret, but when I opened ideas and suggestions to make a new topic about it so, It was written " You cannot start a new topic". i checked it everywhere it was written at the place of stating a new topic except of problem and solutions so, i posted a new topic about this in problem and solutions. Please help me about it.

This is because of your rank. You are currently of General group, and one in that group can not post in Ideas and Suggestions section, you need to rank up more in the game and then eventually you will have the Advanced group which allows you to post in all the sections about the forum.
