Help !! I only received 2 gold boxes. The rules clearly say 250 kills = 3 gold boxes , not 2 ! Who should i contact?

I didn't get my module with the striker protectionI only got the 10 gold boxes help!! and I got 1111 kills

As we said in the FAQ, we'll start collecting player preferences today.

 

I cant find my name on that list, i made yesterday around 550 kills. I wrote that number every time after battle ends and then friend told me it counts only from 21.00 utc 23th, so i stoped. Can someoje tell me if i make today 1000 kills, can i get 10 golds? I didnt know that it was counting cuz of announcement mistake.

I got a question. What time of the day do u get ur reward?? As soon as u log in or at a certain time??

You get the reward at some point on the next day. Depends on what time we process it. It's a manual process.

 

I was tracking my kills one by one. If I won't have 1000+, you lost another customer :)

 

Tanki devs, do you realize that fake advertisement is a crime punished by the law?

If anything, it would be an honest mistake, not false advertising. You need to chill out and learn how to address people decently instead of throwing around accusations and threats. If you have a problem with the contest, you can always contact customer support and we'll look into it.

 

I did 500 kills and I got nothing? do I have to start all over again? oh wait I did it from 21:00 UTC December 23rd to 20:59 December 24th I am going to be in the second day winners?

Cedric I know you mean well but lots of people are saying that the kill count is wrong so if you can check youre system again to at least confirm something otherwise people will not be happy about it

Just wanted to let you know that I'm aware of your issues with kill counts and we're re-checking the database interrogation process. Don't worry. If there's been a mistake, we will rectify it and you'll get your gold boxes/modules. In the meantime, I ask you to be a bit patient and continue having fun with the game. We're working on the issue.

I did about 1100 kills. (I counted all 1000 kills,and then I stopped counting because I finished the challenge,I just did more kills to make sure I got 1k kills)

I said that what's the point of giving away m4 striker to some youtubers for free. They have given free striker m4 to some youtuber  -_- They didn't won any contest or some shlt . They just gave them to make some review :angry:

What is wrong with giving free M4s to Youtubers, its useful for the whole community to watch the LPs and learn how effective the turret is. Pretty much ALL companies send free stuff to Youtubers, its called marketing.

We've finally figured out what was wrong with the database interrogation. We're re-doing the lists for the first two days, and we'll be handing out any discrepancies in Gold Boxes.

 

As for protection modules, as I've already said, we'll be working on collecting your preferences hopefully today. I say "hopefully" because we're literally swamped today. But we're hoping to make it.

 

So, don't worry, you'll all get your prizes.

I don't know if they did, giving out m4 Sticker to youtubers is totally normal. They are still testing this gun and need some feedback. Most of the youtubers worked hard for the community so they do deserve getting something special. But I doubt they gives this to them since most of them already bought this gun with their own crystals. I mean when a new gun comes out, youtubers are going to try to buy it first to get views because nobody saw this before.
