No, only the ones available for purchase in your garage.

You have any idea how hard is it to earn that? Compared to 1000 kills, 1k kills is nothing.

I hope they listen, change their mind and give MO and M1 protections fully Micro Upgraded.

 

I know it is not in the rules of the contest and people should have known better to participate or not to get the 10% and 15% protection modules.

 

But... 1000 kills for an M0 or an M1!?

U get it... altough i already love tanki for doing this amazing contest, but i would appreciate if they would Fully upgrade my module altough i dont think it will be that noticeble in game...  i wont be mad on tanki if they dont fully upgrade it... now i ken already see some high ranked players say if we get fully upgraded modules they deserve it to..., but i see it this way high players get a module dat cost 250k  we get one that cost 5k...  thats a 245k difference and that seems a bit unfair to me see since we spend like the same amount of time to complete these missions and the rewards are not even.(as i earllier said 10 or 15% are hardly noticble (but i would appreciate the upgrades) u cant say that about 35%)

The "Rare Modules" are special, incredibly hard-to-obtain modules that protect from every turret and mines. These modules are given only to specific tankers, as follow:

• Spectrum M-A 25% — owners of Champion paint;
• Spectrum M-B 20% — owners of Silver, Acid or Helper paint;
• Spectrum M-C 15% — owners of Bronze paint.

Actually, those two persons don't get involved in the day to day decisions in the game. There are multiple people with different roles, who decide on different issues.
