Hello friends, can anyone (especially admins) explain something?

I started killing at 21:05 UTC on 23rd of December (Which in local time = 1:05 (AM) 24th December) I played about 4-5 hours and made around 500 kills. Then after server restart (which is at 6 AM on local time) I went to bed and continued playing in couple of hours.

In the beginning, according to my rating page, I had 149,281 kills and I made 1020 kills overall (up to 150,301). This took less than 12 hours (let alone 24 hours which is allocated to complete the task). I was sure this would qualify for protection module and I even selected which one I wanted for present :D

But now, when day 2 results are published, I see I have 476 kills only.

Aaand here comes my question. Why didn't the system count my kills correctly? Is there any way to check this information and update my results? my guess is that it had something to do with server restart as I had around 500 kills before that time (hence 476). Also I hope my result will not be split in two and I won't be getting remaining 544 kills (from my 1020) on 3rd day. If that's the case, that's not cool as I completed 1020 kills between UTC 21:00 - UTC 20:59 time period

Thanks in advance and please don't leave this question without an answer

P.S.
I don't have pro pass or premium account so there's no way I wasted my kills in pro battles

I had a tally list, and made sure I recorded every kill. I played in regular battles all day except for 1 XP/BP game, which I obviously didn't record.

 

I only recorded kills listed on the End of Battle tab. No kills lost by self-destructing etc.

 

I'm sorry but there must have been an error somewhere.

I start Killing 23/12/2016 at 21:36 UTC and did kill 192 and the morning of 24/12/2016  at 08:12 UTC  start killing again and make more than 1100 kills.

you said from from 21:00 to 21:00 next day so what is that??? 839

it's seems like you just counted after server restart at 02:00 UTC

 

and that's unfair. I'm not gonna spend 6 hours of playing again for mistake likes this

and after I read other posts it's seems that all have same problem, with your mistakes

I started playing at 21.05 UTC 23rd Dec and played on 24th Dec too. I had a kills mission so was tracking kills from there.

 

And i look at google doc for day 2 and it says i made 430. DEFINITELY WRONG. I counted myself to be over 600 kills. 

 

So many players above me are complaining about similar problems involving their kills. THIS is UNFAIR.

 

We wait all day for the results and then our kill count is wrong. hhh THX a lot tanki :angry:

well its not that we are making up fake stuff, almost everyone kills counted wrong. I killed more than 1500 kills for sure in non-pro battle and they gave 468 kills :<

Something Is 100% Wrong I Calculated All My Kills Correctly Starting At 21:00 UTC on the 23 to the 24th My XT Mission was at 8,500 kills and when I was finished I was At 9,700 kills for My Mission I did all my kills in non-pro battles this game is broken\

Tanki make players buy their products so we can reach 1k kills easier, then they mess up the counter. You waste hours of your life, even money, and still,  they can do whatever they want with us. And we can't do anything against it.

 

And congrats on giving away the second fully microupgraded m0 Striker.

How exactly? You can't prove you did more than 1000 kills unless you took picture of each and every battle.. And in case you didn't do that, you can just forget your rewards.

I've had the same problem. I counted 510 kills, but I was only credited with 339. If they just give me the other two gold boxes, I'll be happy.

No. If you want more rewards, you need to get 1000 kills on one of the day. But I recommend you do 70000 kills to make sure you will actually get above 1000.

There's no way I can prove that I got 1k + kills, because I assumed that the counter would be reliable enough to track my kills correctly. I only have the tally chart that I made.

 

But really, I definitely got those 1k kills. I even went to the extent of getting 50 kills extra, just incase I'd miscounted somewhere.

 

I counted my tally chart several times to make sure I'd counted correctly.

How are the kills counted? On December 22 I checked my profile and saw that I had a total of 96,183 kills. I currently have 97,705. Last contest I made 490 kills, so this contest I should have made over a thousand, but it says that I have only made 507 kills. Where did my other 500 kills go? I know for a fact that none of the kills made were in pro battles.
