I left from the map

I was playing on island map today and I've been playing on it for hours my score was +3000 and it was only 17 flags left then my brother opened on youtube and i got a lag so i reloaded my browser and when i came back i found that i left the map and i didn't get any crystals. i want my crystals back
At least i want 2000 crystals
I am really angry for this ****

You might have taken more than 2 minutes to reload the map in which case the inactivity timer would have ended and kicked you. This isn't a Tanki's fault and I highly doubt you will get any refund in this case. However, you can try to contact help desk by filling out this form and tell them about this.

So what should I do then? i was playing for hours it's not nothing for me.

with those ours i can go to play with my friends and come back again.But i didn't get any crystals and that's the problem.

Well, they are Help Desk and the only ones who can help with this. But, as I said, in your case, it's highly probable that you will not get crystals if you took more than 2 minutes to reload.
