tanki client problem

guys can anyone please help me in a issue with tanki client.....before a month i downloaded it and it worked greatly and fastly...and now when i click tanki online application it open a window play or exit and when i click the play window....it closes..and when i again clicks the tanki app i doesnt open...it often occurs sometimes i will browse my chrome and then opens tanki online after 10 minutes it sometimes come .....tanki admins and moderators plzzzz check issue or provide a valid answer on this issue............plzzzz.

Same, and now log-out and refresh with F5 too not working.

me having only windows 10 firewall which is enough........is there any other cause for this

irritating one on the time of sales i use client because fps will be very good whereas in browser it is too low

In case you have programs like mcafee or norton or firewalls take this into consideration...

 

There are some programs that prevent the launch of TO client such as Mcaffee/Norton.Well,as an example, the Norton Security Suite which is provided by Comcast. The problem turned out not to be in Norton itself but in the "Constant Guard" protection suite which is a kind of wrapper that Comcast puts around Norton. The Constant Guard is set up to check for certain program behaviors (picking up the contents of the clipboard, logging keystrokes, etc). If it finds those behaviors in a program that it does not recognize as safe, it either puts that program on a blocked list and shuts it down or asks you whether you want to allow or block it. Sometimes (depending on your settings) "Constant Guard" setting was to block such programs without asking.

 

Be advised that there are some anti-viruses/firewalls that contain this feature too,so the same thing goes to them too so be sure to adjust the settings of your firewall/antivirus in a way that unblocks the program.

ok when tanki switched over it was good but then they added a update which players had to add on top of what they use to have and this is why your having issues now.. not sure where to find it , i do remember it use to be in the v-log .. so this new download should have it in it if not you will have to add it...

 

let me see if i can find it ..

I understand what you mean. It happens with me too. It's a known bug and it's still being solved by devs. As of now, try not to minimize the Client window while playing. Instead, open the other programs from Taskbar and minimize them when you want to go back to game. As an alternative (if this problem annoys you too much), you can keep playing on browser or Standalone Flash Player till this issue is solved.

but for me in the browser the fps is too low such as 1 and ping will always be 999 to 900
