Help me, I can't Text.Am I banned?

Hi guys. I hope u all will be fine.

Today I played before 2 hours approx and I was able to text and all( I was not banned)

when i logged in after 2 hours, i am not able to send a message in Chat Box

Now why is that? Am I banned? If so then why? I promise I never use bad language or do any other thing that is prohibited. The longest ban I ever got was of 1 day which I got twice. I never got banned more than that. Please help me guys. Did someone hack my account and did something wrong? Please help me guys :/ . I don't want to be banned ;( . I swear that I did nothing wrong! I just came online and saw this. I used to open tanki on Open My Tank because I had a poor laptop but now I use AdobeFlashPlayer to get good performance please guys I did nothing wrong! Please un-ban me. Please im Innocent!

You are not banned, just follow the instructions below:

1. Check your system date/time if its correct.
2. Open web-browser.
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del.
4. This window will open. 
5. Set the options as done in the picture above and clear the cookies.
6. Restart your browser.
7. Open Tanki Online and check if the problem is fixed.
8. If the problem still remains, repeat all the steps in safe mode.

Yea well I did change my computer's date....

It was showing one day forward date
