Our Payments Manager is doing her best, believe me. It's an incredibly hard and frustrating job. There's tons of paperwork, technicalities, complexities and politics involved. I wouldn't do that job for a million bucks.

No, we only get what you pay for the item. I honestly have no idea what happens with the remaining balance.

It nice that Tanki is offering gift cards again BUT the service you are useing sucks. I bout a 25.00 dollar walmart gift card and wanted to buy the supply kit for 19.99. They said i would lose the remaining 5.00. Thats just not right. if I had a 50.00 gift card i would lose a lot more. why cant Tanki go bake to openbucks and sub way cards? I have emailed them tice and no reply from them. WHY?

Good luck with the new gift cards. I wont be buying any more.

So when I try to buy a kit for $6.99 with a $15 gift card it says all of the remaining balance will be removed from the card.

I'm passing on your feedback, as well as that of others. Unfortunately, something like this is totally outside our control as it is a policy set by the service provider. But we'll be trying our best to get you more payment options so you have more choice.

In Saudi Arabia i can't  find pay safe  cards you can't find it here and  for purchases in saudi arabia you can only purchase using credit cards, paypal  and pay safe cards <----- Which you cannot find here! for gift cards in Saudi they don't  have pay safe cards they have (CASH U)  or (STEAM)  these are  the only 2 gift cards they have so  please work on getting cash u   back to all the countries you had cash u 1 month ago and it got removes so please get it back since we can hardly buy crystals without them  here.

First off, I was just want to say I am extremely grateful to the administration for working hard to get this easier payment method back into the game, but the service provider is not the best. I am sorry if this was talked about earlier in this topic, but the users paying with gift cards are at a huge disadvantage compared to those using credit cards. When buying crystals (assuming they have a double crystal card), if the user is paying with a credit card, they get 716,000 crystals. If the user is paying with a $100 gift card (even with a double crystals card), they only get around 130,000 crystals because of the trade-in feature. That's a huge difference for the same price. On a similar topic, a user must trade in his or her whole gift card even if the item that they are buying does not use up the whole card. For example, I have a $99 gift card and it is extremely frustrating to see that the cheapest item in the shop at my rank is $41 and I would have to pay the whole $99 to get the item. That's more than double the actual cost of the item. I really hope I didn't come across as rude because that was not my intention, but this is extremely frustrating and I hope that this is taken into consideration. However, if these features are completely beyond your (Tanki's) control, I completely understand. Thank you again for the hard work.

I understand your frustration, and you've been in no way rude in making your point — quite the opposite. What kind of issue are you facing? Is Staples missing from the options, or are you selecting Staples and getting an error during the transaction? Please be as specific as possible.
