As I've already repeated a number of times in this thread, getting gift cards in Canada (and other countries) depends on the deals we make with service providers. Same goes for Google Play.

After i select the gift card i then proced to put in the info and then after that i hit the check balance and it comes up witht the page that says caould not verify the type of gift card or thr id and the pin. I have tryed 5 difrent oned and none work. please help me:(

Hey, sorry for the long wait. We got in touch with the service provider and it seems they're experiencing some issues with Staples on their end. They will remove Staples from the drop-down options temporarily while it's getting fixed. Once it's fixed, you'll be able to use your cards.

hi aain so i have still ben trying to use the staples gift cards and they are still not working. I was wondering if it is going to stay like this or it will change or it may ne that you guys havent goten to it yet.

You mean Staples has returned to the drop-down menu and you're still having problems? Our payments manager says PayGarden still haven't fixed the problem with Staples gift cards.

Unfortunately it doesn't depend on us. We're at the mercy of the service provider.

I saved up $20 and I`m planning to buy a gift card to get the $20 package along with DCC, giving me 100k crystals, lately, I heard a lot of rumors stating that there are many problems with their payments. Since this is happening, I don't know if it's safe to buy or not.

The issue with paygarden is it takes the entire ammount and gives you a X amount of cry for your money. Its not like open bucks where it takes the EXACT amount for that package. I got cheated and had to pay $15 for 22k cry when i only wanted the $10 package (9.99) and would have ended up with 19k because of 4k free. 

 

I will NOT  be using paygarden again, I will purchase a reloadable card like a visa or something. 

 

It will cost a little more  but well worth it, bc when i select that package i expect to ONLY pay for that package, I actually would go out and buy gift cards as I am 17 and don't work yet. So I don't have a bank account. What paygarden does is suck the "Remaining balance" so if you had like $2 on there it would give you $2 in cry. Which is nice but not the purpose of paying with gift cards.

Hi Tanki

You are still having problems with your card service. you should get rid of them and fined someone else. GO back to open bucks. The service you are using is a rip off. Please find another gift card service. A lot of people used open bucks. Please fix this
