There was an Amazon Gift Card option, but it was removed. The one gift card I have is not an option.

It's a card which has a certain amount of money which can only be spent in one retailer.

Don't use Amazon. It's not supported. I know it was on the list, but that was a mistake; we were given the wrong list. In the payment options dropdown, Amazon is not available. Sorry.

Some of the gift cards are available in Canada, do them count? :/

Paygarden works only with gift cards issued in US, even though some brands are available in Canada, so the cards from Canada won't be accepted. Sorry.

 

But as I said, we're working on finding a service provider for Canada.

I tap on the kit i want to buy,then it shows me payment methods,and when i tap on gift cards option,it sends me bad to the kits screen... :(

Because that's the first service provider with whom we managed to close a deal. We're working on closing deals with other service providers who will allow us to provide the gift card option for as many countries as possible.

I think I speak for a number of us when I say that I wish we at least knew what the exact problem was with the VISA group and its affiliates. I understand that fixing the problem is out of the question for now, but a bit of closure as to what exactly is causing problems would be greatly appreciated. I'm confused- gift cards for Tanki or gift cards that you can buy from Tanki Online? I'm a bit puzzled because it seems unlikely that there would be gift cards for TO at places like The Body Shop and Babies R Us.

Gift cards that you can buy from other brands, so that you can use the money inside them to buy stuff in Tanki

Also, you still wouldn't be able to buy because you're in Canada. This particular service provider operates in the US only.

It's a disposable credit card. You buy it for cash from special shops, and then use it to buy in other places.

Some ideas that i would like to give is:
1. Can you please make the gift card option available for worldwide sooner?
2. Can you allow gift cards like google play and itunes for worldwide as well?
3. Please bring back the option to buy packages and crystals using SMS and also thru our service provider from other countries? That used to be great until you removed it.
