Need help getting my alteration?

So, I contacted the Tanki help site to see if they can put back my alteration I bought into my account. I explained it to them what happened, but all they had to say was this:

 

 

Obviously they can't help. I have 1,049 crystals so they're wrong not only that but didn't even say anything about my alteration being removed from my account.

 

So, I feel the only way to fix this is to add 50,000 crystals into my account so I may buy it again. I'm not asking for compensation, just 50,000 so I can buy it again. I can't possibly make 49,000 crystals by 8:00pm to get it.

 

I heard there was a second server restart last night to fix this whole alteration nonsense but sadly it didn't fix my issue.

Wait til after the planned server restart, if the alteration isn't back in your account by then, try contacting the help desk again.

The help service for this game is really cruddy.

 

Also, I guess I will have to contact them everyday to add it back until they do so :/

Cedric Debono made a post that all players who lost their alterations due to the glitching in the game the other night would be refunded 50,000 crystals to get their alteration again. Server restarts at 8:00pm for me so if I don't get 50,000 by then, I'll need 100,000 crystals to get back my alteration. Been a few days and I haven't gotten any help from anybody I have contacted.

Yes that one. Tanki has 1 hour and a half to get me my deserved crystals before the sale ends and i will be demanding 100,000 from them to afford the alteration

I bought High Capacity Drum for my hammer but I was one of the victims who experienced this bug. I wasn't refunded 50,000 and now the sale is over, so tanki owes me 100,000 now to get the alteration back or I get a pick of one free alteration. Either would end up with an alteration back in my garage so either is fine. It's been 3 DAYS I have been trying to get help, even contacted the help desk TWICE but the first time they failed to see my point and failed to even answer the second time I messaged them. I have screenshots but the system won't take them and I had to rewrite this.

 

So, either add 100,000 crystals into my account or one free alteration of choice.

They should give you the Alt+50k since it was 50% off, Maybe the people who can do the checking of who bought what and the refund were/are on holiday

take a screenshot of ur screenshots using lightshot. its malware free and used by most gamers. after taking the screenshot, click on this an icon - it looks like the cloud symbol but has an up arrow in it. after clicking wait for few mins. in the bottom right corner of ur screen u will see 2 options. one is open, other is copy. click open. a new tab in ur default browser will open up. right lcick on the image, click copy image, then come to the forum and press cntrl+v.

I think the problem for you is that tanki probably did not charge you for the alterations in the first place. For me, as well as for many other players, we bought the alteration for free and it stayed in our garage temporarily. It was later removed and I spent 50k to get the alteration in my garage again. From my experience, as well as from other players, tanki only removed the alterations from players who got it for free. Are you sure they deducted crystals?

I'm sure. 76,000 is a lot less than 126,000 :/
