I thought TANKI solved the hacking problem?

So, one day i was playing in a battle and i saw this guy who was  warrant officer 5 and  had M2 Ricochet and M2 Viking , first i thought he brought a kit. So i checked the kits out , soon i saw that getting M2 Viking in warrant officer 5 was impossible!

 

Then i checked his profile, he also had M2 mammoth which is unlocked in a higher rank. So is this guy a hacker or some kind of competition winner?

And Tanki please ban these annoying hackers because they are ruining the game!!!!!!!

There used to be a product kit available to players from the rank of Warrant Officer 5: the Hull kit. It contained Hornet, Hunter, Viking and Mammoth m2.
