Tanki is horrible in helping with people's problems

Whenever I message the Tanki help desk, one of two things happen:

 

1. They never reply

2. They have no idea what they're talking about if they do

 

When I make a post on the P&S forum, I rarely ever get a reply from an official mod to tell me how to fix the issue.

 

Thursday, I attempted to buy the High Capacity Drum alteration for my hammer. It worked and my crystal funds went from 126,000 to 76,000 roughly. I then used 75,000 to micro upgrade my hammer to 25/50 and my hornet to 10/50. I went into battle thinking I'd lay waste of whatever tank crossed my path having an M2.5 turret on but i noticed I was stil only getting 3 shots per clip. This alt  really helps with druggers since they heal themselves on your second shot, making the third useless then you have to reload and during that time you're helpless to attacks.

 

So, after figuring out my alteration wasn't working, I left the battle and went into the garage. I was not happy to see I had to buy it again. It's like they removed it from my garage because the option to be it was there again. So, since then, I've been trying to get in touch with somebody to help me, but have gotten nowhere at all. CooperO showed me a screenshot of a post Cedric Debono made that players will be refunded 50,000 crystals for this issue and I haven't yet been refunded. Also, the same night the alteration sales came there was a second server restart to fix the issue but my alteration was still up for purchase.

 

Now I'm suck playing ANOTHER waiting game for Tanki to get their butts in gear to fix the problem that many of us are facing. Whoever they got working in that department need to be fired. This is pathetic.

 

I was so glad to see I'd finally have my dream tank! Hornet M2 Hammer M2 and the new Hammer alteration. Sadly, the the game's bugs prevented me from getting that and now I'm stuck relying on people who can't even do their jobs to fix it. Tanki should start thinking highly on replacing some people.

sheesh calm down you will get your alterations no need to make such a big deal out of it.

give him a few days due to the  Holiday's and things going on... he is behind on a lot of things including emails .. he posted this in his section and for your problem you are not the only one having issues, others are also on a waiting list.... as time goes on things will get resolved just be patient...

Did you activate the alteration after you bought it?

You should emphasize you bought the alt(s) under discount (especially if you have screenshots and e-mail receipts) and it should be considered as a full payment - they need to either refund the actual full cost of the alteration if discount period expired or activate the exact alteration(s) that were bought in the person's garage if there will be no refund.

I ade a post in the P&S forum with said screenshots two days ago. No mods or admin have viewed it yet

Please understand that we are players like you too. We can't help you directly if you have an issue with crystals or a game bug. Only Help Desk can.

Sir, I understand you're upset but creating multiple topics all over the forum will not help anyone. Cedric has tons of PM's to go through since many players are in similar situation as you. For now, please keep the discussion in Problems and Solutions Section. Hope you understand.
