Does this mean the map needs 8 min and 16 players max? Or can I play in a large game such as Dusseldorf with upwards of 30 players?

I believe this would mean that the map must at least host 16 players, or 8 on each team. Not sure though.

Still a bit confused. So a 4v4 Sandbox is not allowed, and 8v8 noise CTF is allowed. Is a 12 person DM battle allowed if I play on a map that can hold 16 people? Or does the DM HAVE to have 16 people in it?
