I lost my account after my computer broke down about 2-3 years ago, and when tried to log back in to that account (2-3 years ago) it said I was banned for violating the rules (I think) even though I paid like $600-$1000 on that account for crystals to get a headstart for reaching Geniralissmo rank (Legend Rank wasn't there back then). Now I came back to Tanki after playing different games and I want to get on my lost account that was at rank Third/Second/First Lieutenant. But I forgot the name and password. Please help me admins.

Sorry, I know this wont be good news but its very rare to get your account back in these types of circumstances unless you can show proof payments and stuff. Try think back and try to remember the username. Ask friends for screenshots or something.

Buying crystals does not mean you cannot be banned for violations of the game rules. It doesn't give you a free pass on that.

As for getting your account back, if you can't remember the nickname of the account, I'm afraid there's not much the help desk can do for you.

If you remember other details, like when the account was created, payment info (and proof) and which e-mail it was registered to, you might have a chance. Good luck!

I was being reported because of having m1s at Sergeant rank back than and also later on when I got higher ranks, having m2 at like warrent officer 4.

If you don't find the username and/or information that the help desk can use to find your username and identify you are the real owner of the account.

Unfortunately, this isn't always the best thing to do, this is because most players use dynamic IP, which can be changed easily.

Those reports would never result in a ban or block, because you didn't break the rules, you just bought a few product kits and the help desk would know such a thing.
