Is there anything truly useless for parkour?

Ok then, the skybox

it's only how u decide your background will look, it's not even a thing in the game lol... so that one is just for looks or you could use it to see when you have to shoot a jumper that flies high up in the sky (like when he covers that statue in Rio skybox)

though I'm not gonna add it to the list cause I don't feel it deserves a place there since it's not really a thing in the game but just a different background image

double damage

Ensures a target dies rather than taking a chance. A dying target can suspend a tank in the air for a short period of time. Edited by cube3e

Ensures a target dies than taking a chance. A dying target explodes, the splash impact can boost a target in a certain direction and even suspend them in the air.

that's something to add to myths and facts topic... there is no splash for exploding tanks. lol

double damage

*cough* people who kill in parkour *cough*

you didn't read the list, did you? it includes the uses for both double damage and trolls who kill in parkour battles.

ofc trolls will be more annoying than useful unless you come with the intention to use them for parkour, but yeah... still useful! :P

Tanks make a sudden jolt when exploding which can move other nearby targets.

yep, but there's no splash :P

The jolt can move nearby targets no matter in which direction they are aslong as they are close enough to it. It is a splash of some sort.

it's the movement of the dying tank itself that physically pushes the other tanks, there is no splash there.

Splash or not, call it what you want, it still affects all the nearby tanks in range in all directions.

Read the conversation and see what I said and what you replied to it...

All I said is that I'm gonna add to the myths topic the fact that dying tanks don't really have a splash. I explained clearly enough that it is not a splash, I never said that there is no somewhat similar effect caused by something else when the tank dies so I don't see why you even talk like I said it - in fact I said exactly the opposite (that there is such a thing).

Here's a bonus detailed explanation for you:

When a tank self destructs he will show an explosion animation that is purely visual and has no splash or any impact at all. What does have an effect is that the tank gets randomly pushed - a random side of the tank will be lifted up a little and the tank will pretty much always (at least on flat ground) turn to the left which causing him to bump into near by tanks.

And just because you like messing with small details, here you go - it doesn't affect all the near by tanks in range in all directions. If a self destructing tank rides another tank and explodes in mid air he won't push the tank under him down towards the ground. Also, if you will stand and even touch the self destructing tank in the corners that will rotate away from you when he self destructs, it won't affect you either.

Sounds annoying that I pick you on such a small detail of such a rare case, right? It's also annoying how you take what I say out of context and argue with something I never even said... so please stop it. Thank you for your understanding.

As if splash could do that?

Not really, the harder it is to find a flaw within your explanations, the more fun it is to use it to put your knowledge to the test. Edited by cube3e

So a tank can be compressed between the ground and a Thunder shot?

I never noticed if a splash can push a tank into the ground like other shots do, it might be different since it doesn't rotate the tank but pushes it evenly, that's a thing to experiment with. I'll test it.

But if the tank is in the air and a splash hits him from above he will definitely accelerate downwards.

It can. Splash pushes to all directions equally.

I never noticed if a splash can push a tank into the ground

I don't know if this is possible or not either but that's apart of what I've been arguing about so please provide the proof of it before saying that splash can equally push a tank in all directions. Edited by cube3e
