Tanki help desk is very unhelpful

That's completely unrelated and an obvious misunderstanding. They have data of all accounts and verify all questions, so if you lie, there's a probability of you never getting your account back.

And they REALLY need to know if I ever put money on it in order to know if I am the real owner? I lied to them the first time in order to get my account back because I felt like they wouldn't give it to me if I told them that I bought on it. They ended up giving it to me. They made me mad when I found out my account got hacked and could not be returned. They have really great timing on my B-Day they block it. Best.Present.Ever  :(

They don't necessarily need to know if you've purchased crystals, but they do have to make sure that the one contacting them is in fact the owner of the account. Having spent real money or not has nothing to do with the possibility of getting your account back. It all depends on what you did to lose it in the first place (sharing or getting hacked/scammed) and if you provide enough proof that the account is yours.

Well, I think if telling them whether or not he bought determined getting his account back is a problem. He shouldnt have to lie in order to get it back so there must have been something going on that he had to lie to get his account back which is no fault of his, so I think blocking for lying is out of the question in this case if he were to be blocked. If it wasn't working for me, heck yeah I'd lie! Not my fault the system is being dumb -_-
