Tanki customer service LIED to me!?!?

So, when I registered for THE GAME when registration opened, it said I already registered but it was my first time on the actual site. I then used the link to get the code in case I didn't get it as an alternative way to get the code but got no code so I messaged the Tanki help desk with my problem and they asked if I had access to another email and I said yes and the told me the code was sent there.

 

I asked why when I have my account linked to my Yahoo email and then they told me it was linked to the other email instead. So, I then went and requested an email change to my yahoo email and when I got a reply...they said that email is active on my account.

 

So, not only did their system malfunction, the LIED to me about my email saying it was the other one. So, whatever people are running the help desk need to be replaced because that is just sad.

 

Now, since this is the second time the system malfunctioned and because they lied to me, I lost my chance in participating in the game and my alteration for my hammer was removed from my account shortly after I bought it.

 

SOMEBODY needs to compensate me for my issues. I demand compensation for all these issues. I will NOT go uncompensated! All I want is my High Capacity Drum alteration back but I guess the help desk is unable to do that even -_-

 

But since they lied, I'd also like to see a good 10,000 crystals be added to my account along with the High Capacity drum alteration.

 

Just sad.

 

Once again, the image I have shared is PROOF that I bought the alteration.

No reply at all, just a blank message. This shows their guilt and how they messed up. As said in my comment, I will wait no longer. It has been over a WEEK they said they'd fix the problem. Not only that, as said above, they lied to me.
