Lost Crystals...?

I logged in after a server refresh and all my crystals are gone.  I had over 150K stored up....now it shows 138.  I wasn't hacked, so what happened?  Can they be put back?

You were hacked. Check your speed boost supplies and turret MUs.

It seems like someone has access to your account.

1. Make sure your account is not linked to Facebook. If it is, un-link it.
2. Run a full system scan using a good anti-virus engine as you might have downloaded keylogger or spyware unintentionally.
3. You can contact the Tech Support to recover your loss. Check this: I lost crystals/exp/items from my account

After I posted this I did find the Tech Support page (Thanks to those to mentioned it above) and they have contacted me telling me to change my pw.  But how was I hacked if i still have the account...I'm assuming the point of hacking an account is to take it over...what does a hacker get from zeroizing my crystal bank?

They are just trolling. While it may seem dumb, they simply did it just to make your day bad.

All the crystals were returned today and the stuff the hacker bought was removed from the garage (no worries there)..can't thank the Admins enough.  As for the hackers...they get access to spend whatever crystals/money you have stored up?  That is sad.  Admins have better things to do than to chase those hackers.

Awesome that you got everything returned to you as it was.

If you protect your account well against hackers, they won't stand a chance. Article with loads of tips on how to do that.
