I have a problem with the tanki help site

I'm fed up with the Tanki help site. They're horrible at doing their jobs and I demand a higher authority to contact to report them and see to it my problem finally gets fixed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the help site is there to answer questions about the game/forum. Not to solve issues about your account.

Nope. I've been told to go to them for help. They just dont know how to do their jobs. They even lied to me.

I'll be brief:

• calling / insulting others won't get you anywhere with your issue, but will lead those able to help you to ignore you — respect is the keyword when asking for support. If you ask things with respect, you get respect back, but if you disrespect others then you only deserve to deal with your issues on your own, no one here is at your service nor is your slave, let this be crystal clear
• you were told to contact the Tech Support (help@tankionline.com), not the Help Site (http://help.tankionline.com/en/), since ALL HELPERS will always redirect users to the Tech Support for accounts' issues, the Help Site DOES NOT resolve accounts' issues while Tech Support DOES

 

With the above said, if you really contacted the Tech Support and you are not satisfied with them, read this:

1. you are insulting the wrong people (Tech Support =/= Help Site)
2. if the Tech Support denied your request, then it is their total right to do so: they have access to all the data regarding your account and can verify if your request is legit or not, so they know what to do

If you contacted the Help Site instead of the Tech Support, read this:

• you did not understand what you were told to do (i.e. contact the Tech Support help@tankionline.com and not the Help Site)
• you are insulting and complaining over Helpers whose work IS NOT to deal with accounts' issues, so it is logical for them not to be able to help you, only Tech Support can help with these

 

 

In conclusion, I strongly suggest you to change your attitude (seeing your other topics / posts as well) toward others (in general). You will either end up being ignored and left out due to how you act toward others or you will get banned for how you react to others in rude and impolite manners.
