Kits removed?

I've noticed a couple kits that have been removed from the game, such as Huntsman and Bulldozer...are there any others?

 

I'm sure glad Bulldozer was removed. It may be one of the weakest M3s but M3 Means it's more powerful than Fortress. But why Huntsman?

Ant was removed.

 

They were removed because since all M3s unlocked at Marshal, giving any before Major/Lt. General would have been ridiculously OP, and M2s by that time are not something people should be buying.

Take "ant" for example, the Isida M3 was unlocked at Brigadier and the Wasp M2 at Colonel, a 1-rank difference. Now the difference is 6 ranks and they don't belong together.

 

Also, all the low-unlocking M3s were drastically buffed when they were re-aligned to Marshal.
