For non buyers, hard work earns then a lot of crystals for ranking up, so why not give them a few supplies to keep up with druggers?

Cool, at my rank (captain) you get 10k for ranking. You should also get around 25-50 of each supply if this were added. (except gold boxes)

No not really. Think of it like this: Increasing is putting more into an existing reward. For example, if someone asked for +10,000 cry added to legend rank up reward, that would be against the rules. However, asking to ADD a new reward into the game is ok, because it didn't exist before and it doesn't change an existing reward.

If you need supplies, you can use the crystals you get from your rank-up reward to buy them separately (or get the 100 supply kit). If you are suggesting addition of supplies in the rank-up reward, then we can't accept that idea since you're basically asking for an increase of the reward.
