invalid Increase pause time

Hello staff, I was in the batt, piling up a big score in the first position. 2 days ago I purchased a paysafecard, and today during the batt wanted to buy a premium for a day, following the whole procedure within in my account, and about to make the purchase (eliminated !!!), I get thrown out of the batt as they were not enough two minutes to complete the task !! Is this a normal thing? I lost everything .. you can not fail to have the time almost not even go to the bathroom (what happened several times) because the pause is so little. Find a solution, increased to at least three minutes, in the knowledge that this drastic reduction was interfered to limit the mult, weighing heavily on who the game uses it daily. I've had cases like that, my PC is a bit bad and sometimes is hurting lag issues, and... occasionally I've decided to change my equipment and the charge while going to the garage is very long (more than 2 minutes) and usually it takes me out of the battle. That's why I think the system of 2 minutes must be improved to avoid these glitches.

With 2 mins I need to run like a Tiger to get what I want, while 3 mins are long enough to do that usually. :)

I have a different solution:

 

Keep the 2 minutes pause time or even reduce it a bit.

 

After 2 minutes of pause have passed and there is no activity you'll be put on hold and a new user could take your place.

 

You can stay on hold up to 5 minutes or until the battle ends, whichever happens first.

 

When you come back and let the system know that you're ready to return to battle you'll have to wait for a place in the battle. If the battle is full until the end, you'll be able to wait until the end to get your rewards.

 

Pause time will count when you hit the pause button. If you don't hit the pause button it will be counted as inactivity. With inactivity time you'll not be put in hold and you'll lose your rewards.

It takes me 2 minutes 20 seconds to grab my cane, "run" to the bathroom, come back, put down my cane and continue with the battle. If I want to endure unnecessary pain, I can get it down to 2 minutes 10 seconds. By that time, I'm out of the battle. 

 

A previous room mate had a deformity in his back since birth. At that time, it was determined inoperable. Today, the surgery is available, but now it's too late for him. Some of the bones have already fused, again, making the surgery unavailable. He has numbness and some paralysis in his left leg. He's able to walk with the aid of a quad-cane,  but his movements are still slower. Until the timer was reduced, he was an avid player of Tanki. He felt he was forced to quit because of his disability.  It took him about 2 minutes 45 seconds to "run" to the bathroom. The best he could do without tripping, was 2 minutes 30 seconds.

 

Sounds to me like this is discrimination against the moderately disabled, which in the U.S. is illegal. Maybe when signing up to play this game, there should be a warning that states, "If you cannot make it to the bathroom and back within 2 minutes, wear a diaper, insert a catheter, have a bottle or pan beside your chair to urinate in. If you have to have a BM, then consider buying a potty chair to keep near your desk. If that isn't possible, then don't consider playing this game. Happy Tanking!"

A real life friend, who is a gamer, but doesn't play tanki, suggested I find a "hiding" place, put a heavy weight on the turret key, then take care of Mother Nature. Think I'll try that next time. It's a hell of a note when you have to find creative ways to get around the system through necessity.

Yeah, I know it's a Russian game. Are you suggesting that in Russia, the disabled are "no counts"? That would make them rather inhuman, don't you think?  Besides, who tested this 2 minute timer? Was it men and women? Women's bathroom habits are a bit different. Men can get ready on the "fly" (pun intended), women can't. Plus, women have more of a tendency to wash their hands afterwards than men do.

Got a Problem Called low electricity, Loadshading.... Specially in Villages but i dont think Villagers also play Tanki O_O?

in Small Cities Like mine it always happens, i was angry on the Game when it Happens to me While my Score was 4k and i was nearer to win Just was Trying to cap some points it was 174/200 CP , Then a loadshading Attacks on my Tank and Boom... Then i fastly changed it to other Light..

when i opened the game tada? my score :(? And when before client i always play on Google Chrome And it never happens to me i was unavailable to run computer For 3 minuts then i joined the batttle and got same score. Thats why Please. Increase It And...

In a similar post, someone suggested going to the bathroom before entering battle. Another couldn't understand why people couldn't hold it for 10-15 minutes. Now you say to wait for the 2 minute game timer.

 

That's fine for those who can.

 

The first suggestion assumes you can predict when Mother Nature will be calling. "Let's see, ummm, it's 2:36. I'll have to go to the bathroom at 2:45, so I'll wait until after I "go" before entering battle.

 

Second suggestion: Maybe I could hold it that long when I was a teenager or young adult. Those days are gone. As you get older, your ability to "hold" it declines. Don't assume I'm an "old codger," I'm not there, yet, but I'm no young whippersnapper or a spring chicken either.

 

Third suggestion (yours): Assumes both. "Ummm...It's a 15 minute battle. I'll have to respond to Mother Nature's call in 10 minutes. Do I wait until then and go into battle or go into battle now? Naw. I can hold it for 3 minutes. When the 2 minute game timer starts, I'll "go" then.

 

Don't forget. At some point of the day, one minute you don't have to "go," but the next minute you do. Wouldn't it be nice if you could predict when you had to go to the bathroom at any given hour/minute/second of the day? It would sure help with some very embarrassing situation. Including timing your battles with bathroom times. (I'll have to go to the bathroom in 5 minutes, so I'll just wait).

But I do admit, 5 mins was great but people used to sabotage it but the problem is still not solved! the saboteurs still just pause for, lets say 1m45s and then make one appearance and then go back to pause again  (If you are not familiar they do this so their friends on the other team win) but innocent players still suffer 3 mins makes sense

Yeah, no, I wouldn't dare put it on pause. But, even if you don't put it on pause, you still stand the chance of being removed from battle because of inactivity. That has already happened to me. That's why I would put a weight on my turret key. If the game senses movement, you won't get booted out.

 

By "hiding" I, too, meant in game, such as behind as building or in an area where I wouldn't likely be spotted. Hopefully, if spotted the enemy would think I'm lagging and wouldn't bother to kill me.

I have said this before at least half a dozen times in previous posts.  The pause time should be increased to at least three minutes.  I have been timed out while trying to change equipment and I've even been kicked before I could spawn into a game I just joined.  Not everyone has a great internet connection.  At the least, 3 minutes guys.

 

Also, another thing I keep plugging for is change the default time on Pro Battles to 10-15-20 minutes...decrease the 30 minute default time to anything less. probably 20 minutes to give Pro Battles some extra distinguishing feature from Standard Battles, but 15 or 10 would do as well.  A creator could still choose to make a 30 minute battle of course, or a 999 minute or a 1 minute battle...but the DEFAULT time should not be a tedious 30 minutes.

yes but if you are playing a long battle and want to go drink water fast, that would be hard to do with 1 minute pause it also hard with

2 minutes pauses specially if you live in a big house and the fridge is on the other side from where your pc is located.

Yeah, I have to agree with Mentosis. It does take a woman a bit longer than men to go to the bathroom. Men can begin the preparation while in-route, women can't (unless she is wearing a dress). A woman has to get half undressed as her preparation, then get dressed again. How many men have to do that 3 or more times a day?

 

Hey, Guys, try this at home (or wherever the urge strikes). Go to the bathroom, stand with your back to the commode and go through the drill. Don't forget to wipe!! Get dressed, wash your hands and get back to the game in the allotted time. You may only have to do this once a day, but a woman more often, if you catch my drift.

 

TO, I know you have women on your staff. Make it a race, but a fair one, between a man and a woman. Women, don't skip steps. Men, don't add steps, either. Keep it honest, fair, and above board. Do it scientifically, as a controlled study.

 

I've read some men are having problems with this 2 minute timer. If men are having a problem, just think what a woman is going through.
