Tanki don't ban hackers!

Hello everyone. Yesterday I played against this player: http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/0010242944/ When I checked his profile I saw that he is legend 40 rank with tops 96.2 gameplay hours from his hulls!!! getting legend rank with so few hours??? Not to mention the experience on every hull or turret!!! Not to mention his K/D!!! I have better K/D than him, many more gameplay hours and still I don't have the amount of kills that he has. He is either a HACKER or a developer who created this so "few gameplay hours" account. I reported this player and look what I took for an answer:

You do realize that gameplay hours are only counted after the profile update, right?

Every stats in the ratings, are counted since the day ratings and profiles were introduced in the game. So if some old player who has tons of exp but had left playing this game before ratings were introduced, then his profile would mention his exp and kills but all the stats like exp/turret or hull would be 0. One such example is this profile.
