Important Announcement | Admin Departures

Well, farewell Goldrock and Night-Sisters. From what I’ve seen, both of you have been excellent reporters, and admins, for the most part. Goldy, your idea (I’m assuming it was your idea) to grant a fresh look to the newspaper was, undoubtedly, an amazing initiation to recreate a new era of the section. Both of you had stunning concepts and plans to make the newspaper a better place to read - and win crystals. You’ve reincarnated arrangements and genuinely enjoyed the difficult role of admin. You’ve seen, you’ve come, and you’ve conquered. However, I can’t only speak positive and heartwarming words, I must give my constructive criticism, and feedback.

Conan retired from the administrative position in May 2016. Days later, Lhamster promoted, you, Goldrock to become an admin in replacement of Conan. On July 12, 2016, only two months later, Lhamster stepped down from his administrative position as well. Goldrock promoted Night-Sisters, just like how Lhamster promoted Goldy. See a trend? There are always two admins to split the work, divide the management, cut up the sushi.

After half a year, here we are. Both Goldrock and Night are resigning. There have been four newspaper admins step down after seven months. You leave Shed to run the newspaper all by himself with only 1.5 months of training. (Possibly more or less, I sensed some heavy sarcasm.) Of course, Shed will probably look to promote another reporter to admin. But who? Newer reporters have only tasted the responsibilities of being a reporter, being in the organization for only a few months. Older reporters are inactive or busy; there just isn’t many options to choose from. The duty of being a admin will surely suppress Shed if he doesn't work alongside someone. Shed is around 18 years old now, according to his reporter interview: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=251511&hl=new%20reporters. He also wants to focus on his studies, he’s looking at universities, or he's already in one. He’s trying to get good grades so he can succeed in the future.

I wish you the best of luck. Shed, focus on this and I know you can get through it. You guys have always done it. Peace.

Farewell to Arya (Goldy) and NS.

You've been my teachers, no matter you won't even remember me it seems. But I've watched you from 100000000000000 miles far and I've observed your work very closely.

Wish you both, the very best in the later part of your life. May god fulfill all your wishes and keep you happy forever.

That's all I could say. If I say some more, I'd start weeping in front of everyone

Good Luck folks.

Regards,

I3

Those must be a super high-power pair of binoculars.
