ToHoYoNTaDa - Leaving noob tanki

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I am ToHoYoNTaDa. I am leaving tanki 'cause that noob tanki GROUP of paid employees suspended my account forever. i do really hate him whoever did so and I'll never forgive him. Thanks to all my friends who helped me here. And that noob tanki suspended my account without any reason. As you all know, I am not breaking any game rules since last 6 months. the account I used was not mine, that was my friend's account who left playing tanki. He offered me to take his account and I accepted it and thanked him. I was using that account since about two years and that noob tanki came to know yesterday that this account ain't mine. Noobs, you should know that at the first day I took it. And only due to this reason many players have been leaving Tanki nooba online GROUP of paid employees.

Bye all.

This sentence is a huge, MASSIVE contradiction itself.

Sorry, whoever you are, but Game rules are clear and easily understandable: trading, selling or sharing accounts is FORBIDDEN, in any form and at any time.

You have been using an account which was not yours for 2 years or more yet claim you were not violating the Rules during the last 6 months? You actually have been violating them for the past 2+ years, as soon as you started sharing the account!

So, Tanki Online Tech Support (which is not an Helper, not a "noob Admin", but a GROUP of paid employees working with the game's technical stuffs including accounts and major violations such as the one mentioned above) blocked your account for good.

It may take weeks, months or years to verify that an account was traded, sold or shared, it all depends on your actions and also if someone reports you / your account, but do not expect to be safe — once you violate the Rules, your violation will be found. Maybe not today nor tomorrow, but anytime in the future it will be found and you'll face appropriate consequencies.

The only person to blame is you and no one else, the only one violating the Rules was you.

But I have one more account that was given to me by my friend.

Here's it;

@Alberto_Romania

And how am I breaking rule if my friend, himself gave me that account? What if he's happy to give me that? You have no jurisdiction there. That's just a nonsense.

If you wanna break someone's heart, don't just crack it, break it totally. Ban all my accounts please.

btw Nice status

All shared / traded / sold accounts are violating the Rules. Unfortunately, even if your friend gifted his account to you, that is still considered trading / sharing.

All online games' accounts are not legal properties of their users. When an user register an account, the company (in this case, Alternativa Platform) lends it to the user, but the user is not allowed, under any circumstances, to sell it, trade it or share it, unless allowed by the company itself since the user doesn't OWN the account, he just uses it under the game's company jurisdiction.

Since Alternativa Platform (Tanki Online) DOES NOT allow sharing, trading and selling its accounts, the users using an account ARE NOT allowed to do the above mentioned actions. If they do, they risk to get banned / blocked for violating the company Rules.

That's why I am saying you to block that account.

I have no such power. As I mentioned above, Tech Support (help@tankionline.com) does.

Yes he did break the rule, but honestly, that's a dumb rule. Users aren't getting paid by selling the accounts, and the old user gave him the account himself.

It sucks because no one is hurting anyone, but TO keeps all these old rules... I just don't see any reason.

And worst of all, why was he caught after 2 Years?!? If one must get banned, it should happen around the time the account is shared... yes it might take some time, but 2 years? He probably spent way more time on that account, and maybe he could have spent even money!

Stealing and selling accounts are obviously wrong but.. if no complaints are made here... whats the huge issue then? :/

Ehh anyway, GL irl mate! ;)

False. Some users sell accounts for money and whatnot, some share them to boost their ratings / equipments, others trade them for other games' accounts and whatnot. All these activies are FORBIDDEN. There are some other online games that allow accounts' sharing, but this is not the case and will never be.

No one is hurting anyone? Tell that to someone that got scammed while selling / buying / trading an account and lost moneys or who knows what. Tell that to someone that shared his account with a friend and found out his friend ruined his account, lead it to be banned / blocked or stole it completely.

No harm, you say? Then you are speaking biased and blind words, sorry.

Also, as I already explained, time here doesn't matter — it can take hours, days, weeks, months or years, but the very first time you commit a violation, you already know you went against the Rules, no excuses. So, whenever a ban / block comes, you have no one to blame but yourself.

If someone reported him, Tech Support monitored the account, its logs and then verified if the report was real, then blocked him (if the report was not valid, nothing would have happened). If no one reported him, it may be that he committed some suspicious actions like changing passwords or emails too frequently and from different IPs (for example), thus leading to higher controls and monitoration on said account till finding that it was not used by its real owner. All the above can take ANY time period, it is not specified anywhere nor it has to be.

Oh my God!

That's just a GAME after all.

Such strict rules are not even in military base. huh. ..

There's no association of game with rules. Games are just a little entertainment for those who don't play outside. for those who don't wanna play with others. But yea, spamming, flooding, trolling, use of abusive words etc should be punished.

I acknowledge they're forbidden, I just don't agree why they should be :)

Yes, I'm also aware that scams happen, what I meant to say was in this case, no harm was done... if no one ever complains about it, then I guess everyone's happy.

Well, that I just don't agree with :)

I honestly dislike the idea of shared accounts simply due to the mental aspect; that you can't be proud of 'that new turret ' you got since most of it isn't your work anyway. But blocking an account FOREVER for someone passing it down to someone is just... ehhh
