Bugs in client, and one improvment needed.

A few things are occuring (only happened after the update) - 

 

1) The client won't actually fully restart, it closes the process, but you have to manually open it back

 

2) Unknown Errors are crazy now. I used to get them once in a while but now its like a everyday thing

 

3) The new friends system isn't labeled good enough, needs more icons that actually represent the friends section 

 

4) Loading screen gets stuck on your screen, and then locks up on the loading screen resulting you being booted. 

 

5) FPS have been around 10-15 less than on previous versions.

1) This has been a problem since client was invented, please understand that there are still updates in progress regarding the client, as there was a previous minor update on the client that fixed a lot of issues, I have no doubt that there will be another one in the near future.

 

2) Well the only people who can truly help with errors, are the tech support. So if there is anyone here that needs to hear this the most, it's the people over at help@tankionline.com

 

3) If you have an idea to suggest regarding the game, refer here

 

4) Consider clearing shared objects, for more information about this click here

5) Consider using another browser, also try out standalone flash player here (if you are using the client right now, for some system specs, it's not always the best choice to use client, therefore I recommend standalone) :)

Firefox = 10-32 fps 

 

Opera = Less than 25 fps

 

Chrome = 35-40 fps 

 

Client = 40-70 fps  (Yes indeed I have that big of a difference)

 

I have tried the stand alone but its not that great. 

 

I think the low FPS  is just a server lag thing it gets worse for a few days then clears up, there were a lot of people on this weekend as well could have impacted it, but we will see. 

 

 

I will def. Send it over there for the sake of time, I just placed everything I observed in one topic, but I will be sure to do that. 

 

Sounds like a interesting solution I seen it, I do not want to clear my password data for other sites, so it must only clear for tanki,  otherwise I will deal with it.
