Yes, by me. But the tank wasn't made by me, it was made by a Russian artist named Kymee4. I just added the tank to the background and added some rain and other effects to make it fit the theme.

lol ok so its mean you can do only the Photoshop  work of few minutes   :lol:.... BWT did you asked him that you are going to reuse his artwork?

Actually, that image took me several hours to do, I wasn't that experienced back when I did that image. Yes, I asked his permission to use the tank.

I only used topaz filters to sharpen the background and to change the color correction. Everything else is by using the default tools of photoshop and free stock images from the web.

I use Topaz Clean to sharpen the tank, and sometimes Topaz Adjust to color correct the background. These two are the only plugins I use.

Applying these filters takes a few seconds just like any filter. And I personally find it smoother than the "sharpen" one from photoshop.

That's how I do it, you didn't add a very specific question, if you give me a more detailed request on what you are trying to accomplish then I might be able to help out more.

Hello Do there Steps:

 

Take Polygan lasso Tool or any selecting tool > And copy it via new layer > Now come do adjustments > Selective color > set it to Grey or neutral like that > change it to yellow for there. 

Results:

 

 

 

 

You also can use Gardients ETC :D
