The biggest difference between Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC is that Photoshop CC is subscription-based--you have to subscribe to Adobe's Creative Cloud service to use it. Also, Photoshop CC includes new features that were not in Photoshop CS6.

And the thing about taking good quality pictures is that, acc to my; try taking pictures with full screen on+ use minimum graphic options while taking pictures

Below is an example of the pic I took few days back with just only few required options enabled during that time

i have only mip mapping on my graphic`s options, well we cant talk about it here,

How do you Give a kind of Metallic touch to The tanks body? For ex http://prntscr.com/iaagq2

I remember using the threshold overlay method in my beginner phase...

still am not a professional but here's how I used to do it...

for a more professional result, you can use eragons33's method discussed in previous pages.

Eragon and I used to be pals before (like 3 years before) (at least I think so)....so yeah I've learnt quite a lot from him.

Here's the method in detail:

1.I took a cutout from the tank viewer

https://prnt.sc/j868z3

2.Open in editing software, I use GIMP. Make a Copy and only keep the tank(remove background) and apply threshold effect.

https://prnt.sc/j869au

3.Now set this top layer to Overlay mode and reduce the opacity to your liking. ( now either merge to lower layer or group with the lower layer so it doesn't move anywhere)

https://prnt.sc/j869g9

4.Exaggerate the Blue lights.

5.BONUS TIP: Use the burn tool and go over the lower layer over the dark spots.

https://prnt.sc/j869ks

done.

Make pixels around the pen tool and then make via layer copy , then hide the background and then go to filter--->Noise--->Reduce noice and also reduce color noise , thats it

Hiya,

Its pretty simple

To cut out the turret shots you have to make a rough cut out then blur the edges, Take the sample colors of the shot, Using the brush tool With a decent opacity and flow Paint over the blurred area, There are many ways one can do it, as well you can find the png Of the Turret shots in The Data Folders of TLVK or TO Viewer,

Image illustrations

http://prntscr.com/l4b5y9

rough ( with lasso tool ) cut out- http://prntscr.com/l4b6d2

Paint with Decent flow in and out http://prntscr.com/l4b7ck ( on a new layer) ( put the blend mode to hard light )

take the original layer and and put it on the top of all layers, put it on screen and (Gaussian)  blur till you satisfaction, Duplicate layer 2 times,

Put the other 2 later in soft light and the other one on 'Hue' or 'Color Burn'

if you did it correctly it should be something like this http://prntscr.com/l4b9wu

you can always mess around with the blend modes as well apply other type of blurs

you can use stock images as well,

You want to add a sky but the grass pose a problem, Well Its pretty simple,

http://prntscr.com/l4bcwl

you make a selection like this ( with the ground plane ) http://prntscr.com/l4bdsr then delete or mask it http://prntscr.com/l4beby

now if you want a bush to be there, you just place the bush png from TLVK Library and put it on the cut one http://prntscr.com/l4bgo1

if you wana completely remove the bush, make a selection around the bottom remaining part http://prntscr.com/l4bhi1 and then go to edit>fill>content aware ( blend mode normal, 100% opacity) http://prntscr.com/l4bief

Rank up

there isnt really much to the rank up effect, This image which i made for the newspaper use the concept of rank up effect, http://prntscr.com/l4bkzn use it as a reference

Rank up effect depends on the background, its best to create it in a dark Background, simply use the brush with low opacity  and stroke on top of the tank, Duplicate it and reduce the opacity of the brush, and Paint the Sides with The same-dark color, and change the blending mode as you see fit, rank up effect is all about using the brush tool with the right Property ( http://prntscr.com/l4bns3 the options with red marks are those settings where you need to Play around with the setting to get the desired effect)  as well you can use Stocks, but using brush gives that natural and High-quality  Texture

once again its not necessary you have to do them the way mentioned above, there are several way of doing

Hope this helped Ya
