Possible Artillery Design

I can't think of a name, but I can think of the mechanics.

By pressing and holding space, your screen will automatically show a top down view of the map with a field of vision of maybe 30o. By using the WASD or arrow keys, you can aim this turret to any point on the map, providing that the firing line is clear of obstacles i.e. buildings, walls, and terrain. Each shot will posses the ballistic characteristics of Thunder with the visuals of Striker, most likely. Each shot will be fired via a parabolic arc, meaning that it is possible to lob shots over obstacles with careful aim. Each shell will have a splash radius of approximately 20 meters, or 4 Hornets. The angle of the arc that the shots are fired in will depend on the range and the terrain that the turret is on. The recoil will be incredibly high, enough to cause some light hulls to flip on their sides if their are not careful.

The visuals of the turret in action will probably more intensive than Vulcan, as Vulcan has a visually rotating drum magazine and barrels while firing. This turret will most likely have a barrel that will be pushed backwards towards the main part of the turret, as a recoil dampening mechanism. The turret will also most likely be mounted on a swivel-type mount, allowing it to rotate a full 360o and elevate up around 30o. It will be able to go down about 20o. Each individual modification will allow it to aim up higher and higher, with M4 being something like 40o upwards elevation and 30o downwards.

I hope that you all like the design, it's supposed to be the M0 on an M0 Viking (Sorry if the Viking looks really crappy).

if you are trying to suggest a artillery that you would like to see added to Tanki then maybe it should be in the Ideas section of the forum ? http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showforum=182

No, this is for the V-Log. The devs said  that they wanted to see what players thought it would look like and how it would work. I provided both above :3
