Ninja closed Kirby's topic without any valuable reason. Dislike. Paper drawings are getting lost between all these photoshop pictures. Not that I don't like the artwork of you all though! I am pretty bad at actual photo manipulating software.

Anyway here's that boring acorn nut I drew on a piece of paper that was ment to go into Kirby's paper drawings topic : 2vta6nl.jpg

EDIT, Resemblance:

-picture-

I like how you didn't include the barrel shadow because the sun is low enough to make it do that outside the frame. Well thought of for sure. I also like how you accentuated the sun's lighting on the buildings on the left with lowering expose of the background.

Nice clean editing man, no distractive colors and blown out contrast or highlights.

And apparantly the lens you used has 6 aperture blades based on the sun's flaring pattern :D

I'd like to add that the real power comes from the accurate lightning and the coloring tops it off. I try to achieve this in Lightroom with my own pictures but you done it from scratch.. respect.

Very pleasing to the eye.

My bad for the double post, edit button didn't worked atm.

Talking about Lighting etc? it can not be 100% achieved in light room, it can be achieved in Photoshop With the Brush tools and playing around with the layer style/blending modes/Filters which make it really realistic and accurate

Usually my pictures that I take with my camera already habe shadows and everything. I think he made up. A sun from scratch and designed the shadows accordingly.
