[Declined] Ban from idea section

There are some people who feel like they need to be important to the community, or the game, so they take it upon them selfs to give ideas. This is not the problem. The problem is the people who thingk that they are creative, or original, so they over post here. They post so many bad ideas that it can even cause metapause. please add a ban from just this section for some people who over post their crappy ideas :P

We may only punish players for violating general forum rules, such as spamming and going off-topic. The ideas section is in pre-moderation mode, so even if someone does post a lot of bad ideas, they won't clutter up the section because we simply won't approve them. But punishing users for bad ideas will have adverse effect on the section, since a lot of good ideas may be lost due to players being reluctant to post them in fear of getting a ban.

That doesn't make sense. If we actually implemented this idea, it would mean that we think this is a good idea and it therefore wouldn't grant OP a ban :P
