Game lag and can't kill or be killed :/

Hello today around 9:50pm to 10:00pm { UTC+1 Berlin timezone }   i was playing at this server { http://tankionline.com/battle-en.html#/server=EN2&battle=fffffff2a037ed2b}i was on red team { 1' position more than 1000 points ahead from 2' position }  and winning on 230 to 190 CP { 33k battle fund } sudenly game laged and hole red team including some members on blue team can't kill others and can't be killed by others . Got to garage and get back on game no result , press auto destruction no result , only after reloading game got back in game , but that was fatal because blue players already had captured the point while we was trying to figure how to get back in game and they won . Sadly i can't record a video to that because i have a very low fps playing and a screen recorder will be deadly on my pc with playing , but it can be proofed if u can in anyway check chat because everybody was complaining and also if u can check re-entering on game on that time of the accounts that were playing there . Don't know what to say but i spend more then 1hr on server playing and what happend it's not FAIR ! I am 20 yrs old and never complained to tanki but today what happend got me really mad .. i have been trying to get friends to game and i really greet you for what u have done but on this case i think i need some kind of refund or something !!

If you do not have any video of the case, it means you don't have any proof of actually playing the battle. So nothing can be done anyway sadly.

Well u suposed to be here to help tankers , but i see how u help -_- , if u send this case for investigation or something mabye u can see i was playing hard for more then 1hour and ur damned servers got blocked and caused more then 10 players malfunctions , i was hoping more from tanki but this was disappointing .

Do you know how hard it is, or even if it is possible to check out your past battle while there were thousands of other battles being played at the same time? :D

{ Sadly we don't all have pc with nvidia 1050GTX and use it to play tanki } Well u have exact time , exact server and my id , i used to study for pc and it's not that hard ;) , but i see they have good helepers here in forum , that's what matters :) Have a nice day/night i see how much tank support players

Im not here to cry because i lost a battle , im here because im siting for more then 1 hour without interruption and a game fault cost me more than 10 000 crystals , and i was playing for 5 more hours tell ur admins to verify this !
